Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
Deeply Knowledge about the Life Insurance Product/IRR/CAGR/Taxation.
Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Goal-oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Graduation Degree
