    URGENT REQUIREMENT: OPERATION HEAD-BackendWe are a recruitment consultant: JOB HELP CENTREOur one of the clients,a reputed brand, situated in New Delhi at South Ex requireOPERATIONS HEAD BACKEND - MALEJob Summary: Operations Head Backend will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. . Supervisory ResponsibilitiesMaintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the companyDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocolsIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacityEnsure that operational activities remain on time and within budgetOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departmentsTrack staffing requirements, hires and trains new employees as neededOrganizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructiveHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance withcompany policy.Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant.Oversee materials and inventoryConduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper managementDuties/Responsibilities: Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations. Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations. Oversees the shipping and receiving functions. Assists with budget preparation for operations unit. Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold. Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies. Performs other related duties as required.Strong skills in budget development and oversightExcellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer serviceProficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processesRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent managerial and supervisory skillsExtensive knowledge of operationsAbility to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
