Job Description

- Lead a team of 5-8 direct reports and an overall vertical of 30 team members primarily recruiters and associates who work with clientele on executive search mandates.- Lead multiple client expectations and mandates- focus on revenue generation and building a robust business vertical leading an annual revenue of 5 Crores.- Focus on India and South East Asia Market.Desired Experience :- 5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment/Non-IT/Big4s hiring, working with Executive Search Firms/Staffing Firms- Candidates with experience in Manager & Above level/Leadership hiring will be given preference- Experience in team management & client management will be an added advantage- Prior experience in social impact will be amazingThe ideal candidate will have a combination of 4 aspectsi.
