    • Plastic injection moulding Process parameter setupManpower managementDocumentation & General awareness
    • Troubleshooting PVC / CPVC Pipe Processing & ensuring Quality Production
    • SMED Knowledge
    • Control of Scrap & Downtime
    • 5S & Safety
    • Pipe Printing & Socketing Knowledge
    • Size change (Die Mendrel Change & Job Setting)
    • Understanding of Tool design
    • Knowledge of tool manufacturing
    • Measurement skill
    • Tool maintenance
    • Planning of tool development
    • Support to all other departments with related issues
    • Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
    • Assist in developing plans for team activities to include mechanisms to achieve agreed targets
    • Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
    • Manage and maintain contact with internal and external client/customers
    • Set an example for team members and organization as a whole of commitment, work activities and process and activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
    • Maintain accurate records
    • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
