The BSA plays a criticalrole in ensuring that the Fieldglass system aligns with an organizations needs and deliversvalue in terms of managing contingent workers, procurement processes, and vendorrelationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Requirement Gathering: Conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into enduser and customer needs. Document their business requirements related to contingentworkforce management, procurement, and vendor management.2. System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration with otherenterprise systems, such as ERP, HR, and financial systems.3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Works with and directs QA resources to develop andexecute Test Plans, Test Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related toQuality Assurance of the Products.4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze data from the Fieldglass system toprovide insights and reports to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations,processes, and user guides to facilitate system administration and troubleshooting.6. Change Management: Manage changes and enhancements to the Fieldglass system byassessing their impact, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing updates.7. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the Fieldglass system complies with relevantregulations, data security standards, and best practices. This may include implementingaccess controls and security measures.8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve contingent workforce andprocurement processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.9. Project Management: Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with theEngagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprintsfor a project.10. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues and challenges that arise with theFieldglass system, working with technical support teams if needed.-Short notice will be processed faster*
