Furthermore, GTS provides services in Core Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation and Product Integrity across various industries/sectors including Investment Management, Insurance, Banking, Building Construction & Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Healthcare & Lifesciences, and Consumer Markets. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesignation Senior Associate (RPA Developer)Reporting to Manager / Associate DirectorRole type DeveloperEmployment type Full-time Lead the Solution/Automation development activities/Projects while closely with Project team and Project Leader ensuring highest level of Quality is delivered with consistent on-time performance and staying compliant to the development framework as well as compliant to Risk and Compliance policies.The Senior Associate will be predominantly responsible for:Development

• Understand Intelligent Automation teams service offerings
• Understand the business process requirements and design.
• Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
• Demonstrate ownership of tasks right from process understanding stage, development, deployment and throught the usage of solution/automation in Production environment.
• Develop and maintain broader team networks in order to collaborate within for optimum results
• Work with UiPath, PowerAutomate or similar RPA technologies for application development.
• Manage projects using project managemnt tools/technologies e.g. Jira, Bit Bucket, or other project management tools
• Lead discussions with Digital Nexus team on Infra related activities

Quality

• Proactively engage Senior/Porject leader for matters beyond skill and experience Having excellent Documentation skills
• Having excellent development skills
• Continuosly improve knowledge on new technologies/related topics
• Perform code review for components developed by Junior team mambers
• Completes all mandatory and regulatory training required by member firm by the due date
• Pro-actively takes action to avoid Personal Independence breaches
• Acts and speaks up if they observe and/or are made of conduct that is inconsistent with KPMG s values and ethical standards
• Assign tasks to juniors, managing and reviewing their work

People

• Build positive relationships within and outside KPMG
• Demonstrate accountability and willingness to stretch beyond regular hours when needed
• Work towards nominating self for different engagements to broaden the realm of exposure
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Job RequirementsEssential Skills

• B.E or B.Tech with IT/Computer Science/ specialization from NIT.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
• Well versed with AGILE and SDLC based development approach
• Strong knowledge in leading RPA platforms having UiPath level 3 certification

Preferred Skills

• Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl, C# etc.)
• Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents in Automation space.
• Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing skills
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Strong communication abilities (both written & spoken English skills)
• Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change
• Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change
• Active involvement in Innovation and idea generation
