Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties :
    • Gather, understand, and closely analyze customer requirements.
    • Responding to RFPs and preparation of Technical proposals, Product & Solution presentations, Tender specs designing, Provide Bill of materials, Solution Schematics, etc
    • Should be open to travel for business meetings and must be a team player.
    • Interacting with the CXOs of customers to understand their IT strategies and work on the Business Strategy
    • Provide feedback for improvements to the technical team on offering products.
    • Assist the external sales team with presentations, demos, and technical documentation to help close deals
    • Provide presales engineering support including product updates and training to internal team members and customers.
    • Work with the sales team to update and track pipeline opportunities and ensure all technical requirements for success are being met.
    • Deliver content and demonstrate expertise to develop Presentations, white papers, videos, blogs, and other content.
    • Maintains a lab and current certifications in applicable solutions including the technical mastery program.
    • Assist the support team as required to drive the resolution of support cases.
    Education and Experience :
    • 5 years of experience working in a Presales/Solution engineering or equivalent role.
    • Should have a working knowledge of tools like Cisco CCW, HPE One Configurator, and Juniper Solution Configurator, and be able to work independently on the new tools using self-learning and training from the OEM portals.
    • Should have knowledge of structured cabling
    • Should Have a good understanding of Networking technologies like Data Centre Networking, Routing, and Switching design, Wireless Infrastructure, SDN technologies, SDWAN, MPLS, LAN, WAN, VPLS, VLAN, NAC, EMS Solutions
    • Must have pre-sales experience with any UC OEM s like Avaya, Cisco, Polycom, Alcatel Lucent
    • History of success delivering POCs or pilots in a pre-sales environment
    • Able to travel as required
    • Demonstrated ability to discuss the financial and business implications of solutions.
    • Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives in small and large group settings.
    • Must have good communications skills
