The Analytic Tools and Platforms team, which is part ofAdvanced Analytics, Platforms & Data, Learning & Developmentwithin the Chief Digital Office is responsible for the development and management of all data and analytic tools and platforms across the enterprise from scientific/clinical to commercial and for all Pfizer countries.In this role, we are looking for frontrunners to drive quality operations andsustainable support for advanced analytics tools, platforms, framework and methodologies across Pfizer.You may have a software development background, or an engineering background or you were raised in a modern data analytics culture from the start of your career. You will have the ability to work with technology vendors, support resources, delivery partners, Pfizer stakeholders, etc. and apply emerging and traditional technologies for analytics improvements in support of identifying rapid insights for Pfizer enterprise strategy development and operations management.Role ResponsibilitiesAct as the capability and enablement lead for Big Data and Cloud analytics platforms and tools

• Oversee agile service delivery, support and sustaining engineering activities for an array of Analytics platforms and technologies
• Enable use for a diverse user base and provide guidance on proper (fit for purpose) technology selection and best practices
• Perform maintenance activities to ensure high availability
• Measure and monitor service and support performance and health (SLAs, KPIs, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams on production release requirements, scaling and productionalizing services and capabilities and overall lifecycle management
• Manage compute, storage and license utilization and consumption for the Analytics Ecosystem
• Financial management for a portfolio or services including budgeting, internal charges, planning and estimations
• Oversee change governance and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with network engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security teams to maintain and sustainably support big data cloud technologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams on evaluating new technologies, supportability and maintain operational roadmap
• Assist in hands-on technical troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain operational run-books and training curricula for support teams
• Directly engage and communicate with key business and technical stakeholders (Director level and above)

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Electronics, Electrical or a related field with focus on cloud computing
• At least 7 years of professional experience
• 3-5 years hands-on experience and proficiency with Public Clouds like AWS, Azure and Google
• 2 years experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems including but not limited to package management, knowledge of file systems, performance monitoring/troubleshooting
• 3-5 years of experience working with Python, Infrastructure as Code, automation scripts, run book workflows, frameworks like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, etc.
• 2 years of hands on experience working with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, etc.
• Experience with a variety of data stores for unstructured and columnar data as well as traditional database systems, for example, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, MySQL, Postgres, Redshift, Big Query, and Snowflake
• Understanding of APIs integration; experience developing APIs is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Hands on experience working with DevOps tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Githhub, Artifactory Repositories, CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
