Job Description

    At TresVista, Facility Management Services is a function which integrates people, place, and processes within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business. This combination of job responsibilities supports the operations of the firm to create an environment where the systems work together seamlessly.Key Role Deliverables:- Assisting the Real Estate Team in identifying and selecting new sites in existing and new markets in line with the strategy, including assisting, wherever possible, in negotiation and acquisition of new sites- Provide support to Construction Team from concept through commissioning across all office locations- Drive scope, schedule, and budget decisions to conclusion including managing internal and external resources, project teams, contractors, and vendors- Report status of all projects in preconstruction status (risks, schedule, quality, and budget) to management- On commissioning of office space to ensure Facility Maintenance and Upkeep as an ongoing activity- Support Facility team on Vendor management, budget, contracts, and procurement- Supervise team to coordinate facility related tasks, track and report performance, escalations- Support Facility team to establish process, and guidelines consistent with our Pan India offices- Ensure lessons learned are held and placed in the feedback loop to drive continuous improvementPrerequisites:- Expertise in managing complete facility management including maintenance- 10+ years experiences in Corporate real estate and facilities environment- a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in managing Real estate, office construction projects and corporate facility services- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Results oriented approach with good analytical, team leadership and organizational skills- Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional organization- Highly competent with personal computers and productivity software, including Microsoft Office- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management, strong interpersonal skills- This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with minimal supervision- National travel may be required on a regular basisExperience: 10-12 years of relevant experienceEducation : Any Graduate/Post-GraduateCompensation: The compensation structure will be as per industry standards,
