Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and supporting the business development activities of the Retail department. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the company.Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Contact potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct sales presentations.
    • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and follow-up with clients.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and action plans.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Business Development Manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
    • Results-oriented with a desire to achieve sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
