Job Description

    Dear All,As per our telecon, sharing the jd for Executive Logistic-Onroll the details:Company Name: FMCGPosition:Executive-LogisticCTC: NegotiableLocation: Uttar PradeshCTC: Upto 7L including incentiveJob Profile:
    • HandlingLogistics& Warehouse Operation for own territory
    • Ensuring adherence of Standard Operating Procedures and high level of performance in respective of warehouses and Transportation.
    • Statutory compliance in Transportation and Warehousing.
    • Planning truck load formations ensuring high truck utilization levels, monitoring of performance & implementation of best practices.
    • Demand Order execution performance as per set standards FMFO adherence as per the company policy SOP with respect to warehouse processes like receipt, put away, storage, picking and dispatch are followed.
    • Truck Turnaround time reduction, efficient management of Loading, unloading, picking, put away. Processes. Monitoring, analyzing and resolve issues which affecting the processes negatively.
    • Conducting periodic stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory.
    • Implement initiatives and improvements (Material Handling, Infrastructure, hygiene, Safety, Systems, Processes) suggested by theLogisticsteam and RLM.
    • Ensure EHS compliance and Pest Control in all the warehouses to evaluate WSP performance on the defined set of KPIs.
    • Evaluate and develop alternate Service providers as and when the need arises.
