    If interested Please go through Below JD and send resume to hidden_emailJob DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE Sales Executive BUSINESS UNIT / FUNCTIONPosition: Sales Executive Division : Vision CareLOCATIONWithin India as defined by Business OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB To be responsible for the targeted Sales delivery of the assigned territory for the year and to run the sales operations of the division as per systems and processes.To maintain and Grow market share and maximize secondary & tertiary sales of Vision Care products in designated markets / customers.To manage and expand distribution by identifying new locations / outlets and act as liaison between the company and distributor, distributor and the retailer / point-of-sale KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Meet monthly sales targets - secondary / tertiaryIdentify and activate key accounts and channel opportunities in assigned area / territoryEstablish effective and cost efficient sales and service procedures for the accountsExecute prescribed merchandising standards, promotions for key accounts at the local franchise levelCoordinate with senior management to develop monthly action plans for achieving targetsDrive volumes by creating additional vending points, introducing products and packs, managing promotions to drive consumption, in premise signage presence and brand pack display at prominent locationsEnsuring that all display material developed and executed at the local level are aligned with the regional policy on the same and duly approvedIdentify opportunities for, plan and execute trade, consumer and event promotionsLiaise with Corporate Marketing and Regional Operations to execute regional events and promotionsChannel marketing, sales activation at key accountsPlanning & monitoringRelationship managementEvents, promotions, merchandisingTracking and reporting competitive activities and Sales turnover SCOPE OF POSITIONSales volume responsibility as per targetsBudget responsibility as per targets KEY RELATIONSHIPSDistributors, ECPs, Retailers, Chemists etc. QUALIFICATIONSGraduate, MBA preferred, BBA EXPERIENCE1-2 years of experience Preferably from FMCG and healthcare industry
