Requirement Analysis: Somebody who can read between the lines, and can advocate for what is right and feasible. • Convert the business requirements & specifications and client vision into a tangible digital product by creating UX wireframes using the latest UX tools and methodologies.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the wireframes & flows are understood and implemented correctly.
• Constantly scan and perform UX audits for digital products to enhance them as per the user s needs.
• Present, explain & defend designs to clients.
• Help clients solve complex UX challenges in their digital products and make the experience joyful for the end-users.
• Ensure the latest UX trends & insights are reflected in the digital product.
• You are somebody who can understand client s business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, the overall flow of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with client feedback.
• Ability to communicate design decisions with Visual Design teams and Front-end development teams as well.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in designing complex solutions for web and mobile applications and have relevant portfolios to showcase.
• Full working proficiency and understanding in UX design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, XD, or others.
• Understanding of digital technologies, basics of programming & development, and how a typical SDLC works (Web Technologies and Mobile application Guidelines)
• Strong experience in creating sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group acting as a liaison between technology teams, support teams, and business units.
• Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile and its exceptional flavors like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
