Job Description

    The Marketing Leader brings proven industry expertise and is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. This individual is proficient in Marketing for IT Services and thrives on market research, strategy development and execution along with communicating with clients and prospects, understanding their problems, and offering solutions.You will work closely with senior business leaders, account executives, and sales leaders and marketing experts to drive pipeline, sales, and revenue outcomes through digital-first marketing programs. This would need overall 8+ years to 12+ years experience across strategizing, developing, and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit marketing campaigns in enterprise organizations. IT Services Marketing & experience in Communications, Telecom, Media Industries would be preferred. Key Responsibilities:- Implement all aspects of the strategy - Collecting and analyzing market data, establishing marketing KPIs, tracking and reporting results - Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals - Researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes - Meeting with clients to evaluate marketing needs and get feedback - Ensuring marketing campaigns align with branding. Essential Skills & Qualifications:- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns for a IT Services/ technology company. - Should possess outstanding communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. - Candidates must have a successful track record of managing and executing programs with cross-functional virtual teams globally across time zones. - Experience with digital strategy including, ad-tech, landing pages, analytics, nurture, podcasts etc. - Proven results with content creation to define value propositions or IT services in the offshore/ outsourcing space - Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills - Desire to stay current on the latest marketing strategies and best practices- Varied marketing experience on different sized accounts and different types of marketing campaigns - Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign,
