    Designation: Deputy Manager Mortgage SalesRole/Functional Area: Team LeaderLocation:Experience: 3-5 yearsSalary: As per industry standardRoles && Responsibilities: Area/ Geography MappingResponsible for allocation of geography at team level. Channel Partner RecruitmentResponsible for validation and empanelment of channel partners Team HuddleResponsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down. Weekly Team ReviewResponsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of Sales Patri II.
