Job Description

UX/UI Designer / Graphics Designer will work closely with cross-team to discover effective and elegant solutions to complex problems and collect feedback from merchandising, marketing, product management and development perspective of B2B technology platform or m-commerce.- Candidate should have creative mindset, and able to design clean, friendly and simple design style with exceptional attention to detail- Define user stories, scenarios, and wireframes for multiple platforms, keeping user-cantered design principles and best practices- Understanding of correct coloring, resolutions, web and print difference and creative in Web, UX, branding, and iconography work - Able to meet deadlines, create marketing materials such as promotional banners for app, web and social media post, brochures, flyers, web pages as instructed by management team - Able to create promotional & informative animated video using toonly or doodly software- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work individually and as a team member - Execute required steps of the design process- from Sitemaps, Workflows, Schematics, Wireframes, and Blueprints concepts for creating production-ready visuals - Provide design support to developers during implementation and release Desired Candidate Profile :- Should have completed B. Tech in Computer Science- Must have prior experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), Dreamweaver.- Experience of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, jQuery and basic technical Understanding of wireframe applications- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Boilerplate and other responsive design Knowledge of Progressive Apps - Professional experience designing digital products for mobile and web- Good communication and language skills- Strong abilities with Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop - Passion for design thinking, usability, and UX practices,
