    HiWe are Looking ForOffice CoordinatorCandidate Have Min. One Year Of ExperienceMust be Have Good Knowledge Of Basic Computer , ERP AlsoRequired Coordinator ( note : only female candidates to apply )Qualification : Graduate / MBA / EngineerJob RoleDay to day work on MS-Office (MS-word, Excel, Ms PowerPoint etc.) Handling Correspondence work, Receiving and Sending E-mails. Follow up of new inquiries and orders, Searching for online inquiries & sending them our introduction. Handling all the queries of domestic and international clients. Follow up of new inquiries/order, updating status to Marketing Manager. Co-ordination with client and factory people for the status of orders/sampling. Maintaining all files and data related to different customers. Maintaining Performa Invoices for Buyers & Suppliers Follow up with Domestic/International clients for new inquiries and order. Maintaining the database of important addresses and telephone numbers. Maintaining record & Data in computer. Handling Day to day activities. Arranging catalogues and samples for customer. Handling telephonic queries of customers. Follow up with customers for orders, approvals & new developments Handling files and doing paper work.
