Job Description

Head of the Warehouse taking complete care of Inventory, In / Out of the Material, Overlook all work progress and dispatches of the Material. Stock Checking. Operational Efficiency: Manage warehouse operations, optimizing layout, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Team Supervision and Training: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a competent and motivated workforce. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and security measures, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards. Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to facilitate timely shipments, receiving, and distribution, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Preparation of GRN as per documents & Physical material received. Issuance of material as per material request from departments. Sending the. monthly MIS stock statement to Mgmt/HO including all the transactions, showing all the goods movements.
