    • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat or phone call, giving prompt answers to customers questions.
    • Resolving Customers complaints and queries.
    • Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
    • Adhere to SLA deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal team such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions.
    • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
    • Following up with customers for any further information.
    • Taking feedbacks from the customers.
    • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer.
    • Adhering to the companys rules and regulations.
    • Should be able to work with online platforms.
    Skills required: -
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluent Hindi and English
    • Attention to details.
    • Self-motivation
    • Desire to grow with the company
    • Knowledge of Shopify tech backend (Optional)
    • Should have Advance excel skills (mandatory)
    • Should be able to draft and reply on emails.(mandatory)
