Hiwe are Looking ForDispatch ExecutiveCandidate Shoud Be Have min 5-10 Year of ExperienceMust be Have Good Excel KnowledgeShould Be Graduate With Good Commnucation SkillsIndustriesThey are a leading Wholesaler of Ss Sheet,Ss Coil and Stainless Steel Sheets Ss304 from Faridabad, India.Job ProfileMust Have Knowledge OfExcel And Tally.Review of daily dispatchplan vs. actual sale and gap analysis to avoid failures.Maintain minimum inventorylevel and safety stock in FG.Maintain TransportDatabaseEnsure timely dispatch ofmaterial with proper follow up from transporter.Monitoring and controllingof daily consumables in dispatch.Quarterly review ofinventory and gap analysis in inventory.Knowledge of Kaizen, 5s,FIFO and LIFO.Ensure optimum utilizationof the resources. Work as per DWM and review daily check points.Handling fleet of vehicle& transporters for ensuring timely delivery and transit norms.Monitoring andStreamlining the system and procedures for inventory management.Implementation of StandardOperating Procedures within dispatch and training team members in maintainingcompliance with these procedures.Follow up with PPC & Production to get material as per Dispatch plan.Reviewing daily MIS &taking CAPA wherever needed. Handling associates grievances and resolving issues.Resolveany arising problems or complaints.MaintainProper Digital Documents Related To Dispatch.CoordinateWith JobWork Vendors and Maintain MIS ofJob Work. Coordinate With Purchase For Availability Of Raw Materials.
