Job Description

    Job Summary:As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing online sales channels, including platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, and others. You will be responsible for executing e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue, improve user experience, and drive brand growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of various e-commerce platforms, including Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, and others.
    • Create and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search engines.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns that drive sales.
    • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases.
    • Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
    • Implement strategies to minimize overstock and stock outs.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales.
    • Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize e-commerce activities.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling product descriptions, images, and videos.
    • Ensure that product content is up-to-date and engaging.
    • Monitor competitors e-commerce strategies and pricing to stay competitive.
    • Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand in the market.
    • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies.
    • Evaluate and implement e-commerce tools and solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
    • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to the management team.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a focus on platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, and others.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and customer behaviour.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
