Job Description

    JOB PROFILE:
    • Recruitment, Selection & Induction.
    • Undertaking Manpower Planning exercise to identify existing / future vacancies in the organization, after seeking inputs from the concerned departments.
    • Salary Negotiations, Issuing offer & appointment letters.
    • Statutory Compliances
    • Maintenance of Records & Filling of Statutory Returns
    • Liasoning with Govt. Offices/Officials like: Labour Commissioner, PF, ESIC, Employment Exchange, Labour Welfare.
    • Maintaining all Agreements/ Contracts.
    • Preparing documents according to International Automotive Task force (IATF 16949:2016)
    • Training & Development
    • Identifying Training Needs of Employees for upgrading their skills, areas of Improvement for facilitating their Contribution towards organizational success.
    • Coordinated with external Agencies for conducting trainee programs
    • Maintaining records of Training related documentation of employees for future requirement
    • Performance Management System
    • Issuing promotion, increment & confirmation letters.
    • Issuing Memos & taking disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinating periodic performance reviews & yearly appraisal system
    • Measuring effectiveness of training programs
    • Employee Welfare Activities
    • Implementation of safety equipment, uniform, organizing social activities
    • Ensuring healthy employee management relations & employee motivational programs.
    • Ensuring suitable solutions to employees grievances as per the organizations procedures polices and labour laws.
    • Exit Procedures / Formalities
    • Attrition analysis
    • Coordinated in proper handover by employee to immediate superior before issuing - No Dues Certificate.
    • Issuing Reliving, Experience letters & responsible for full & final Settlements.
    • Maintained resignation records
    • Conducting employees exit interview for obtaining feedback on the organization performance & recognize areas of improvements.
    • General Administration
    • Monitoring of Housekeeping, Security, Transportation, Gardening, Communication, Guest House etc.
