Job Description

    Plant Manager/Plant HeadJob descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for all technical aspects and plant operation management of all aspects of an investment casting foundry.
    2. Knowledge and hands-on experience of investment casting process, including producing and handling
    3. IC shells in the pre-casting and post-casting stages
    4. Responsible for ensuring high quality standards and near zero rejection. Knowledge and Experience of metallurgical aspects in casting various ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including stainless steel.
    5. Knowledge of basic heat-treatment processes of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Responsible for managing the heat treatment process in electrical heat-treatment furnaces.
    6. Responsible for maintaining high OEE by developing and following preventive and break-down maintenance schedules.
    7. Good manpower management skills, and experience of leading teams that are focused on daily operations while maintaining total safety, good quality, service, and high productivity levels.
    8. Basic knowledge of low-cost automation to improve productivity, quality and safety.
