Job Description

    Key Responsibilities of Process Coordinator :-
    1. To understand and implement key company processes.
    2. To monitor all processes and follow up with internal stakeholders for the completion of the same.
    3. Communicating with clients about order dispatch and delivery.
    4. Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other clients to gauge
    satisfaction and success of the processes.
    1. Tracking customer payments and reporting late payments status.
    2. Collaborating with clients and finance teams about payment status.
    3. Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure systems are followed
    based on FMS.
    1. Maintain and check processes related to office supplies.
    2. Maintain and check the Housekeeping processes.
    3. Maintain and check stationery requirements and the stationery requisition process.
    4. Bring to management notice in case any changes are required in the current processes. Implement changes required in process along with the MDO team.
    5. Key skills required :
    6. Understanding and exposure to industry working and processes.
    7. Knowledge of Google Sheets and excel.
    8. Good communication skills.
