Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team at a corrugated box manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer requirements, as well as maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the production process.Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.Perform in-process inspections of production lines to identify and address quality issues in real-time.Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure that all quality control procedures are being followed.Work with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and production data.Communicate quality control issues to management and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based quality control tools.If you are passionate about quality control and have a strong background in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
