Roles and Responsibility :
Senior manager - PROJECT MANAGEMNT SYSTEMS
The individual will be responsible for setting up and functioning of PROJECT MANAGEMNT SYSTEMS for various running Green field projects for injectables and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation plant functioning.
He will coordinate and liaise with various internal and external consultants right from design stage through construction, commissioning, and handing over tracking /monitoring with schedules with base lines.
Candidate must possess in-depth Experience in Microsoft Projects, SAP (PS & SD module), Primavera, Auto CAD.
Can Operate effectively with Microsoft office tools namely word, excel, power point &
Experience 12 to 15 years of experience with at least 5-6 years of experience in individually handled the responsibilities.
Qualifications Diploma / B.E 12 to 15 years of experience with at least 5-6 years of experience in in individual handled the responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesExperience in green field project management systems with through coordination with including design consultant and their PMS management and, construction, comprehensive validations tracking and alarming the constraints and lacus.
Individual should have Excellent skills in Project Planning, scheduling, Monitoring of Material requirement, preparation of project budget, Monitoring, MIS, cash flows, CTC, Month wise Revenue Generation, Project review presentations, Conducting of weekly review meetings, Estimations, rate analysis, Quantity survey, preparation of client & subcontractor Running Account bills, PRW bills, All reconciliations. Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reporting to P.M, HO
Responsibilities: - Providing analysis and recommendations as corrective measures Monitoring & Tracking project progress against target schedule Schedule and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely arrival of materials and track variance. Measuring performance and suggesting corrective actions. Establishing, procedures, data collection, and document flow plan. Manpower planning in coordination with the site team Forecasting the issues and Raising the Flags and alarmsTo assist the Site Manager/Project Manager (PM) in doing overall planning, scheduling, monitoring, progress reporting and updating of schedules on the basis of actual progress achieved, and latest targets.
To assist Site Manager and participate actively in coordination meetings with contractors / client for review of progress as against program and highlight slippages in schedules, suggest corrective action / measures.
prepares MOM for circulation to all concerned. Tracking the vendor deliverables and consultant deliverables and tracking further Tracking of machinery deliveries and monitoring SCM teamTo assist Project head / CE in preparing detailed construction schedules, also assist in planning and monitoring, establishment of weightages for various activities, progress reporting of work and review of progress as against plan.
To assist Project head in co-ordination with construction Engineers (CE) to ensure smooth working at site.
To assist SM in establishing interface activities and sequence of erection / construction for smooth construction progress
Preparation of MIS reports Tracking all CFT s for getting the facility readiness to meet business requirements Conducting the regular meeting with vendors for quality and safety aspects. Tracking of vendor payments. Bill certifications and Reconciliations of vendors. Handover the project closure documents to CFT after winding up.Directing and managing the suppliers, liaising with INTERNAL CFT team and construction engineers, gap identification and risk mitigation and abiding to scheduled deadlines.
Complete familiarity and knowledge of site execution works and vendors and suppliers. Demonstrated success in managing projects with PMSIndividual with a proactive management style characterized by effective leadership, commitment, enthusiasm, communication and teamwork
