Job Description

JOB TITLE / DESIGNATION: Service Engineer Dispensers-MS/HSD/CNG/LPG

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate to coordinate assembly & production of MS/HSD/CNG/LPG Dispensers
Working knowledge of Flow meters, Solenoid Valves, Actuators, pressure gauges, flame detectors, temperature transmitters and other dispenser related components
Commissioning and leakage repair of fuel dispensers
Administer the planning and scheduled maintenance & response to breakdowns
Spare parts management and its controlling
Doing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of faults if any
Organize workflow on assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Ensure maintenance lines perform efficiently, coordinate and facilitate communications between management and customer efficently
Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, etc.
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures like Kiazen, TQM, Six Sigma etc.
Worked on complaint management, customer escalation management, collection & outstanding reconciliation, regular customer meeting

Prior experience as Production Manager/Supervisor/In-charge in a reputed fuel dispenser manufacturer or an Oil and Gas Company
Deep knowledge of MS/HSD/CNG/LPG Dispensers and its functioning
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations pertaining to Dispensers
Strong results-driven approach
Excellent Team Building and Communication skills
Excellent Organizational and Leaderships skills
