Job Description

    Role Title: Manager-Corporate SalesRole Vertical: SalesYears of Experience: 3 to 10 yearsBase Location: Sector-135, NoidaIndustry: TelecomMinimum Qualification: Graduate / MBAResponsibilities
    1. Manage sales funnel from lead generation to PO execution
    2. Work with SD to build pipeline, while also generating your own pipeline
    3. Establish, develop and grow your pipeline online
    4. Focus on understanding an organizations business drivers, challenges, pain points, and how Panayas solution map to these
    5. Development, Product Management, Marketing etc.
    6. Ability to run product demonstration online and offline
    7. Achieve quarterly targets and other KPI metrics
    8. Follow a well-defined qualification process, sales motion and closing process
    9. Travel for training, trade shows, meetings is required.
    Required Qualifications & Skills
    • Min. 5 years of demonstrable track record of success within new Business Generation, SME and Enterprise Inside Sales, including self-generated outbound leads within the Enterprise space
    • Experience within the SaaS market/or Enterprise Software
    • Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills
    • Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and written skills
    • Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexible to work extended hours during peak periods if needed
    • Self-motivated, persistent and dependable is a must.
    • Generating sales leads through various sources.
    • Achievement of Sales Targets from large enterprise accounts
    • Identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
    • Responsible to achieve critical business goals New Account Penetration, Gross Revenue, Collections for the given product line
    • Responsible for proposal & presentations, demonstration, techno-commercial negotiations and order closing
    • Commercial clarification, Technical clarification, follow up, Objection Handling to ensure the closure of the order
    • Evaluation and documentation of prospect requirement and Co-ordination with the technical team and propose the right solution/services to the client effectively
    • Have thorough understanding of Enterprise Telecom Value Added Services (VAS) - IVR/OBD, SMS, SMPP, OTP, E-mail, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc.
