Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - The primary function of this role is to get Digital Marketing Campaigns executed that drive the adoption and consumption of our digital assets for Mutual Funds. The main accountabilities is as following :- Digital Marketing Strategy Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators tracking changes in supply and demand identifying customers and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition. Execute Digital Campaigns Plans and executes all web SEO/SEM database marketing email social media and display advertising campaigns. Design build and maintain our social media presence. Measure Effectiveness & Performance Contribute to effectiveness of Campaigns by identifying short-term and long-range goals Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Create and execute A/B testing plans to drive campaign optimization decisions Improve Campaign Performance & Drive Growth Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to figure areas of improvement Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels. Make recommendations and continuously refine the digital marketing mix to drive the best results * Major Challenges - 1. Mutual funds business is launching new transactional website for driving business growth and hence requires digital expert to drive the new digital Assets 2. Dedicated SPOC for new website (Digital Asset) with digital expertise to work with all the stakeholders * Key Decisions / Dimensions - 1. All the decisions around making digital campaign strategy for achieving business targets 2. Optimization decisions to improve performance efficiency of the campaigns 3. Decisions to use the campaign budgets effectively , * a) Qualifications College degree required; advanced degree preferred b) Work Experience Minimum 4-5 years of overall experience Experience of 3- 4 years Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, SEMRush/Afrefs Preferred Experience of working with SQL c) Skills Keywords Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Business, Social Media Marketing
