Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forAssistant Manager- OperationsLocation: Vasundhara, GhaziabadSalary: Upto INR 35000/- Per MonthJob DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Courier /delivery boys handling && taking delivery updates
  2. Schedule deliveries of FITTING
  3. Update lens price in panel.
  4. Return of lenses (rejection) to vendors as per terms and conditions && get the Credit notes.
  5. managing relation with lens/contact lens vendors for pricing && timely delivery
  6. Processing vendor payments
  7. Team management and preparing their duty roster (7days working)
  8. New product launch and pricing (lens /contact lens)
  9. sharing pricing update from brands to store
  10. Arrangement of outside FITTINGs when required in urgency by store.
  11. Managing ops (payments && lens delivery) of outstation stores
  12. Troubleshooting thespecsreceivedwith complaints and solution for it.
  13. All replacement and Rejection handling.
  14. Monthly settlement data preparation manually and systematically.
  15. Co-ordinationwith retail backend team for offers.
