Job Description

  1. Managing the operations teams and production support of the E-Commerce environments in the delivery of client engagements.
  2. Ensuring the E-Commerce Operations Management teams are accountable for their performance, including but not limited to quality, volume, and time/attendance, and are operating at peak efficiency.
  3. Acting as the subject matter expert and analyzing production reports (taxonomy design and product classification, search and navigation filters, sourcing and SKU attribute building, product content enrichment, image optimization, product cross linking, brand/manufacturer cross reference, product on boarding, etc.), with the teams to determine conformity with product specifications, and across channels.
  4. Utilize Excel to develop and maintain reports and other tools for all teams
  5. Coordination with the relevant team for promotions and any technical issues faced by the users
  6. Keeping a continuous check with Merchants to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers and resolve their queries.
  7. Working on Flash Sales where products are curated for sale at a discounted price for M&P Members only.
  8. On boarding and managing sellers across all categories
  9. Listing Products on the Platform and making sure that the products are timely enabled/disabled as per the terms with the merchants to ensure compliances and smooth sales
  10. Leading Customer Support and helping the team to resolve customer queries by providing real time solutions
  11. Keeping a track of number of orders on daily/weekly/monthly/event specific/category-wise basis
  12. Assisting in reconciliations and payments to merchants.
  13. Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
