Dear Candidate,Injection PPMT molding machine maintenance engineer required at shahibabad, ghazaibadQualification- Any mechanicalExp- min 6 yrsTiming- 9 to 7Wtsapp me at hidden_mobileEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform and direct the mold and material changing processesAssure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are metEnsure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustmentsWork with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, make adjustments as necessaryTroubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checksEnsure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters and meeting the production goalsVerify process parameters and implement changes, as appropriate, to improve cycle timesInspecting parts to ensure they meet the customer specificationsStop production to correct any quality issuesReview and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance departmentMonitor, train, and coach the machine operators to ensure they are following proper proceduresFollow all clean up and housekeeping proceduresComply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulationsOther duties may be assigned as necessaryRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:2-5 years previous injection molding process experience is requiredProficient skills in reading, writing and arithmetic are necessaryStrong mechanical abilities & knowledge- preferably in the Plastics Industry, with experience in Injection MoldingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; verydetail-oriented
