    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the region in alignment with overall company goals and objectives
    • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and customer service
    • Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to branch managers or teams within the region
    • Set performance expectations, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment
    • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the performance of each location and the region as a whole
    • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the region, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
    • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations
    • Address customer feedback, concerns, and service issues
    Sales Planning and Team Management1. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region2. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.3. Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies4.
