    Job DescriptionAttending customers and explaining the features of cars.Generating the prospective customers.Follow up of prospective customers and closing the deals.Visiting prospective customers generated through advertisements, telephonic leads, references etc.Providing the best finance option to the customer.Ensuring the complete documentation regarding the payments, paper formalities and any other specific requirements from the customer before the vehicle delivery.Ensuring the customer delight by providing the best possible services to the customers.Ensuring the vehicle should be ready in coordination with the delivery coordinator for timely delivery of the vehicle as per the schedule given to the customer.Understand sales satisfaction survey parameters & work on them to build high customer satisfaction.,
