Knowledge in operation of CNC, CNC Programming, heat treatment process and properties of Steel like hardening, tempering, normalizing,knowledge of Surface Grinder, EDM, Wire Cut Machine, Lathe Machine.Tool room training.Experience in managing a tool room, job allocations, machine scheduling, controlling & managing people, understanding complex designs. Complete handling all activities for manufacturing of Precision Moulds. Technically competent to handle precision manufacturing operations and sequences. Getting new molds manufactured in house & outsourced, Managing mold designers, machine operators, etc. Organizing daily work at shop floor. Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.Utilization of manpower accurately. Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.Troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.Coordination with purchase, planning, stores and tool room. Inventory / stock management and control.Preserving discipline according to safety rules.Daily reporting to top management for deliveries of all outstanding orders.Daily production scheduling, work allocation.Ensuring the desired quality of all parts produced as per customers requirement. Shouldering overall responsibility to meet commitments to customers.Carry out Planned/Normal/ Remedial Maintenance and preventive Maintenance System.Ensure execution of QA/QMS practices and will play a key role and all other certifications which the management decides to implement at any point of time.Carry out necessary tasks as and when deputed for the work related with other Group companies.
