    • Pitching the deal structures to CXOs of partners
    • Management of the funnel of leads for new partners
    • Relationship management for the existing clients and increasing exposure (upsell)
    • Responsible for preliminary screening of proposals
    • Coordinate with Analytics for detailed structuring
    • Analytical evaluation of opportunities shown to the BD Team which involves in-depth modelling for transaction
    • Negotiation and closures for land possession
    • Coordination with finance and other teams for deal evaluation and closure
    • process (Funding / investments for approved development projects)
    • Support due diligence (technical, corporate, financial, legal, title, and regulatory)
    • To analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth,
    • competitors, and market share possibilities
    Your Superpowers Experience
    • 5-7 years of experience in a client facing role
    • Knowledge of basic financial metrics and financial modeling
    • Experience in relationship management with CXOs of a company
    • Ability to understand different business models and ability to find a quick solution for clients problems
    • Understanding of financial markets , loan structures and other financial B2B products
    • Experience in corporate leasing/ corporate loan is a plus
