Job Description

    We are scouting for Client Lead - Media Sales for one of our largest ecommerce clients.We are looking for Media Salespeople with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales goals on selling integrated digital advertising solutions.Preferred core skills are as follows:- Digital ad sales- Programmatic display selling- Content & Concept selling- Account management- AdTech selling/ understanding- Drafting of media strategy via a PPTx document- Client servicingExperience Range: 5 - 7 yearJob Responsibilities:1. New Business Development2. Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame & yield improvements over last year3. Key client management - Conceptualization & execution of out of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the Regional Head & National Head along with Key Account Manager4. Own & develop senior level client relationships to penetrate target accounts and develop new business.5. Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the clients requirements.6. Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management, to inventory management to the execution of the campaigns.Skills Required: Media Sales - Auto, Digital Strategy, New Account Management, New Account Acquisition, Agency Relationship Management, Exceeding Targets, Account Servicing,Candidate Attributes:1. Experience in Media/Sales2. Knowledge of Digital ecosystem is a must3. Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.4. Leverages relationships & is a capable networker5. Should be both a category & a brand builder.6. Analytical yet creative bent of mind7. Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company8. Understanding of Data and Analytics will be an added advantage9. Ability to effectively operate in dynamic organization & fast paced environment.10. Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous evaluation of Media Investments.11. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint working skills,
