Commercial/ Facility Executive (Soft Services) Job Summary: A Commercial Executive position requires a hard- working, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to oversee the operations of the daily activities and processes of the facilities. This is a fast- paced environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as someone who is able to maintain composure in stressful situations.As a commercial executive, you will be required to oversee and coach all employees regarding conduct, professionalism, job requirements, and scheduling.Building Head/ Estate Manager This is a full time position.Required Experience and Skill Set: Prior operational experience of at least 4- 5 years in facility industry is mandatory. High school Diploma preferred. Degree in Hospitality management desired. Physical Requirements: Should be physically fit and mentally robust. Major area of responsibilities and Key Duties: Ensure that department circulars/ instructions/ various policy letters issued by the company are followed strictly by the concerning staff. Ensure that Security/ Housekeeping of the building is of a highest order. Ensure a smooth interaction with all the guests/ clients of the building. Ensure timely billing to all the tenants. Make a positive follow up with clients for timely recoveries. Update FM/ AM on client/ vendor/ agencies issues, if any, and to make a written correspondence with them as per instructions Ensure that at all the times discipline by one and all is maintained in the premises and to boost up the moral of Housekeeping/ security personnels/ technicians etc. Ensure timely availability of office stationary/ tea/ coffee. Ensure the availability of Housekeeping Security personnels as per scheduled shift in proper uniform.,
