Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

        • Key Responsibilities : -Ensure troubleshooting and closure of all critical incidents logged within SLA -Initiate and bring in service improvement to prevent incidents -Ensure completion of RCA for all reported problems and raise RFC wherever applicable Close the problems on time -Ensure Architecture Security compliance for Server infrastructure -Ensure smooth implementation of design changes in coordination with other functions -Ensure strong change review and implementation; prevent incidents due to change
        • Technical Experience : -Product/Service Specific Knowledge - Hands on and expertise knowledge on Microsoft platforms products, o Windows Server 2003 / Windows Server 2008 o Active Directory / DHCP / DNS -Working knowledge on storage -Knowledge on software deployment softwares SMS/SCCM WSUS
        • Professional Attributes : A Strong verbal and written communication skills B High technical aptitude and demonstrated commitment to technical skill development C Focused on service delivery and quality of work D Ability to multitask 24X7 support
