Job Description

    Collaborates, innovates, and consults with business leaders to identify and define training metrics and approaches that drive strategy, performance, and efficiency for the business.Continually assess the capability needs of the organization and align learning priorities accordinglyPartner with teams in the learning ecosystem (e.g. Role Based Academies, Segments, Learning Store, Operations and Innovation) to design, build and deliver impactful programs to EG learners.Partner with Talent, OD and People Team leaders to design programs that increase the vitality of our workforce pipelines and enable business goalsDesign a multi-platform reskilling and upskilling strategy to support the future of work across all roles and skillsets in EG IndiaAdvanced expertise to lead, design, develop and deliver learning products and services to the businessAdopt Human Centered Design to innovate and increase adoption of EGs learner experience so that the right content is delivered to the right learner at the right time in the right formatBring a strategic mindset, strong innovation capability and willingness to push and manage change in the organizationPossess executive presence, business acumen and the ability to quicky assess an environment and develop solutions that support the India/ APAC business strategy, critical objectives and cultural normsHigh levels of resourcefulness, influence/ organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) are critical to the success of this individualA critical success metric for the role holder will be their ability to be inclusive in their approach and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to create a shared People Plan. This will require a strong acumen for influencing and impacting, beyond designing and deploying interventions.Youll fit this role if you have:Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field; or Equivalent related professional experience10+ years of experience in learning and development and/or organizational capability buildingExperience building, designing, and leading reskilling initiatives in a large organizationDeep understanding of the talent/learning management lifecycleDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with senior leaders, business partners, internal customers, and colleagues to drive business resultsStrong communication (written and verbal), consulting, stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in the organizationSystem thinking skills, with the ability to integrate the overall learner experience across content domains and systemsKnowledge of reskilling/upskilling tools and external partnersDemonstrated ability to drive innovation and change to improve efficiencies and the effectiveness of learning solutionsAble to build and manage teams as well as work in a matrixed environmentExcellent leadership abilities and skills to include leading organizational change and project managementComprehensive knowledge of learning and training technologies and modalitiesEffective organizational and analytical skills to routinely achieve effective resolution of complex issues,
