Job Description

    Job PurposeModule Lead will be responsible for development and support for the firms applications primarily Intapp OPEN (which includes Intake, Conflicts and Terms), and the firms Risk and Clearance platform.Also, responsible for each stage of the Development, Testing, Deployment process and the final release.Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for and continually reviewing and improving the application services, processes, standards to ensure they remain enterprise ready and best in class.
    • Communicating with stakeholders across the board to make sure vision is aligned with business objectives.
    • To manage product backlog and prioritize so that development team aware about to-do list.
    • Communicating with different team(s) on which our development is dependent.
    • Manage individual application development work streams and representing the team on various projects.
    • Support the Core Applications team, IT, and the business.
    • Work closely with the IT management team and peers.
    • Development relationships with key departments in the business.
    • Manage and work with external suppliers.
    • Knowledge of Intapp OPEN Platform (New Business Intake, Conflicts and Terms) will be preferred.
    • Knowledge about advanced Integration Builder for updating/troubleshooting data integrations between systems
    • Knowledge about integration via iPaaS System between on premises and cloud-based processes.
    • Research and Development on technical implementation for Architecture initiatives.
    • Development and Coding of complex .Net, WCF, and SQL based solutions.
    • Flexibility to learn new skills and technologies to meet the changing needs of business.
    • Willingness to understand the entirety of composite applications developed over multiple technologies like .Net, SharePoint, WCF, SSRS reports etc.
    • Perform Code Review and Quality checks of the development done by other team members
    • Define Coding and Automated unit testing guidelines for the team and guiding them to follow the same.
    • Providing guidance to the team on complex technical issues.
    • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of deployment/production issues.
    • Closely work with Solution Architects on Architecture Epics/Initiatives.
    • Invest time in overseeing the actual development of the changes.
    • Understand and anticipate the clients needs to manage the development process more effectively.
    Skills & ExperienceMandatory Dev Skills:
    • MS SQL
    • JSON
    • iPaaS System integration (via JitterBit)
    • Experience with data automation tools (e.g., SSIS)
    • SSRS
    • Strong Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), including:
    • Configuration of bindings for SOAP and REST services
    • Securing the services
    • Encrypting the communication channel
    • Experience of working on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
    Other valued skills:
    • C# and .Net Framework 3.5/4.0
    • Powershell scripting
    • Knowledge of Intapp OPEN Platform (New Business Intake, Conflicts and Risk)
    • Javascript and CSS for HTML5
    • Strong Documentation (Design Documentation) skills
    • Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Advanced Integration Builder for updating/troubleshooting data integrations between systems
    • Create and manage integrations (Integration Designer): can be SQL-based or use of pre-existing Integration Builder objects
    • Develop/Change Integration builder objects
    Additional Requirements:
    • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Extremely high level of attention to detail.

    Qualifications & Experience
    • B. Tech. / B.E. /MCA/ MSC (Computer Science) from a premier institute.
    • Minimum 3-7 Years of experience.
