Job description: Pricing Optimization Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Analyst Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd Pune (Preferred), Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore - India In Pricing optimization Ecosystem Sourcing Services, we support our Resale Leads and specific clients in the acquisition of manufacturer product and product related services. We work closely with our sales enablement teams and our strategic technology partners/alliances to drive resell of hardware and software technology and services through our client IT and Procurement organizations. The Ecosystem team supports clients across MU in all geographies. The Cloud Sourcing Team specializes in supporting Accenture pre-sales deal teams to shape the reselling of Cloud Sourcing Services into the client proposition then post-sale, to provide services to on-board the provider accounts, operate billing and provide a unique Customer Success Management function. The Cloud Account Support Analyst provides a critical service as part of the Enablement and Operations function to manage the Cloud Sourcing account configurations. Role Summary: As an Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Analyst, you will provide expertise for clients on configuring and managing their cloud provider accounts with AWS, Azure and GCP. This includes account setup, permissioning, billing extracts, new client onboarding, customer success management reporting, managing security compliance and coordination within Accenture with our Cloud Manager & Optimizer support team and with compliance. The Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Analyst will support one or more clients through the lifecycle of their adoption of cloud products sourced with our Ecosystems team. Successful execution will require strong management of our cloud partners product updates, an understanding of configuration within the AWS, Azure and GCP portals, and training with clients & client account teams. Key Areas of Responsibility Partner & Client Knowledge and Relationships Assess and resolve any client account management questions around setup, configuration, migration, reporting with the guidance of the AESS ESDs and ESAs Support onboarding and Customer Success functions accordingly Will be focused on one or more Cloud partners products and services Partner Roadmap Understand changes to the partners tools and capabilities as far as account management and support is considered Ability to log and follow up on partner tickets Administrative Support Authentication and Authorization of Users in client accounts by using AWS tools and services - AWS Identity and Access Management: IAM Policies, User and Root Accounts, Access Keys, Groups, AWS CLI etc. Manage security remediation for all Accenture Cloud Sourcing owned/managed provider tenancies. Provide technical assistance to the Accenture Cloud Sourcing Operations and CSM teams. Manage the Cloud Sourcing myWizard technical integrations with providers, eHUB and billing teams. Assist with updates/upgrades as required to ensure billing/CSM functions in myWizard continues to function in compliance with CDP. Manage Prisma dashboard and implement self-healing functionality as appropriate. As our ideal candidate you will also have: Preferred Skills: College degree with at least 2 years industry experience in an ecosystem partners administration, support, or configuration. Hands-on experience with AWS CLI. Should have at least AWS Associate level technology certification. Any additional certification from cloud vendors such as Azure, AWS, GCP and Alibaba will be an added advantage. Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with Stakeholders, peers, and coworkers. Possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
