Job Description

Designation : Executive/Senior Executive - CRMSummary:The incumbent is responsible for Customer-Business Communications, Solve Customer Issues/Complaints, and follow up for collections of CAM, monthly invoicing & billing, and collaborate to Ensure Customer Satisfaction. What does this role hold for you CRM

  • Make calls to operational and non-operational clients.
  • Make Agreements.
  • NEFT confirmation to commercial.
  • Make receipts, IOMs and NOC.
  • Follow up with clients for CAM, Transfer updates, bill correction and waivers.
  • Handle enquires from customers/associates on payment issues and outstanding balances.
  • Send mailer on regular basis.
  • Make calls for recovery of non - operational clients.
