Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Hiring for Jr. Admin AssistantRoles & Responsibilities :-Were looking for a self-motivated individual with a learning mindset, who can perform a variety of administrative tasks including providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesVendor Management
    • Single point of contact for all administrative work and liaising with vendors for various activities related to procurement and other tasks
    • Sourcing, overseeing contracts and on-boarding vendors for functions such as food catering, housekeeping, hotels, etc.
    • Resolving vendor grievances
    Invoice Processing
    • Invoice correction and finalization
    • Invoice processing and follow ups with accounts team for vendor payment before due date
    • Maintaining spreadsheets to track expenses
    Travel & Visa Assistance
    • Handling travel desk operations & supervising official travel bookings
    • Booking transport (national/international) and accommodation (national/international) for employees traveling from overseas as well as company guests
    • Generation of visa letters for different countries and assistance with the visa process
    Office Maintenance
    • Ensuring that office facilities are well-maintained and proactive maintenance is conducted
    • Managing and assisting the housekeeping team in routine administrative tasks and resolving conflicts
    • Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects, helping with office relocations
    • Ordering office materials and supplies as well as maintaining inventory
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • At least 1 years experience in administrative services or related fields
    • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills with a good command on English
    • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
