Job Description

    Inviting applications for the role of Manager-MS BI Architect Responsibilities
    • Lead development and deployment of DW/BI projects
    • Lead end to end solutions delivery of multiple concurrent projects on EDW
    • Provide subject matter expertise to support reporting needs for the multiple functional areas (HR/Finance and Sales)
    • Lead data modeling and database design & development using ELT/ETL techniques
    • Lead ETL design and development using multiple industry standard reporting and dashboard tools
    • Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (Terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs
    • Perform Hands-on analysis, design, development, and deployment of solutions
    • Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results.
    • Relevant years of consulting experience (client facing) related to Business intelligence implementation using Microsoft technologies.
    • Designing and developing large scale and optimized Data Warehouse using Azure DB
    • Developing reporting and dashboard solutions on DW platform using multiple UI and reporting tools
    • Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Power BI,); Power BI is preferred
    • Deploying solutions using version control systems like Subversion or CVS or TFS and Data Warehouse best practices
    • Architect, deploy and support Enterprise Data Warehouses and OLAP Systems using Power BI SQL Server, RDBMS tools and technologies and multi-dimensional modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) in Unix, Windows, and Windows NT environment
    • Use Kimball and Inmon design approaches and ERWIN and ER Studio design tools to create and analyze data models
    • Hands-on experience with data warehouse modeling, design, and development (relational and dimensional).
    • Experience implementing database solutions on MS SQL Server. Database tuning experience a plus.
    • Provide architectural oversight including warehouse design, ETL methodology, ETL design, metadata management, approved technical standards, and approaches and techniques for software development and data integration
