About Role- Treasury Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and be responsible for Cash Management, FX dealing, Cash forecasting and Treasury Projects, Managing Banking RelationshipJob description:- Monitoring and managing the organisations bank relationships and liquidity management.- Working closely with AP team and ensuring timely vendor payments - Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments- Analyzing various investment scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management.- Ensuring deployment of surplus funds in various avenues (with in guidelines of investment policy) - Forecasting of medium and long- term funding.- Daily cash management and preparing fund utilization report.- Debt facilities management- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies- Team management- Preparing management and board reports- Supporting the month end process where necessary- Work closely with automation team on automating manual process.Qualifications :- CA , with consistently strong academic and professional track record - 8-10 years work experience, out of which at least 5 years should be Treasury and banking experiences.Other specific skills / attributes :- Experience working in large professional companies (experience in start-ups added advantage)- Strong technical skills and domain knowledge with hands-on experience- Stakeholder management skills including working with business teams across functions- Good communication, inter-personal and team management skills - Ability to work under pressure and ensuring accountability for all committed timelines and ability to adapt to high performance start-up culture- High energy and self-starter,
