Role: Deployment Engineer Key Responsibilities: Supporting a large user base (4500+ workstation), 24x7 Production environment. Manage End point Management tools such as SCCM (MECM) or Altiris or KACE. Troubleshoot production deployment issues if any. Maintain Deployment compliance of greater than 95% for patching & apps. Setup software policies for staggered deployments Setup Win 10 images for New machines deployment Strong scripting ability - Vb Scripting or Powershell. Managing Deployment of applications and patch management. Troubleshoot & fix issues of Windows Registry and File System, GPO, and Security Privileges Setup task sequence for deployments & image management Configure SUP components & for WSUS. Perform Office 365 patching & setup windows feature update. Reporting for software deployment & patch compliance. Setup SCCM Dynamic collections using query rule/sql query for deployment. Knowledge of ticketing and workflow tool e.g., Service-Now, Jira. Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate must be a B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (any discipline)/BE (any discipline), with experience in technology Strong analytical, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills required. Must be flexible and willing to work in a 24 x 7 environment and shifts. Should be able to work well within a team environment. Adapt to upcoming technologies as per trend. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills is a must via creating and maintaining documentations and/or wiki pages for all projects Represents ideas and thoughts in a clear and focused manner using effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques. As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management. Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. ,
