      • Key Responsibilities : A,Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management ServiceB,Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution.C,Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis.D,Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration.
      • Technical Experience : A,Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basisB,Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures and technical aspects C,Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures and technical aspectsD,5-8 years experience in supporting Firewall Infrastructure and or OperationsE,Experience in the documentation and design
