Job Description

  • Essential Requirement:
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to compose mails/letters in English, based on the basic briefing.
  • Individuals should be ready to keep flexible timings and place, as per the day to day requirement.
  • The applicants must be well versed in shorthand and typing.
Some of the duties & responsibilities would include but not limited to:
  1. To manage diary/Calendar Management and making appointments.
  2. To draft mails/letters/any office correspondences.
  3. To devise and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  4. To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
  5. To arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally travelling to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  6. To produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  7. To organise and attend meetings and ensuring documents are well prepared for meetings;
  8. To deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding.
  9. To assist in making arrangements for visitors.
  10. To attend meetings as and when required, take action points and prepare Minutes of the Meeting.
  11. Filing, photocopying and maintaining documents etc.
  12. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head time to time.
