    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Java based maintenance and production support activities.
    • Good knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript, experience in post go live support activity
    • 2-3 years of working experience in analyzing production support issue, triaging issues and work on root cause of the issue, Good hands on experience in Java, HTML , CSS, Springboot PL/SQL,API development, My SQL and Oracle database.
    • Working experience on Angular development.
    • Should have knowledge of application deployment and Software development life cycle.Knowledge on Application/Web Server:- IIS/JBoss Server.Must have experience in Server Monitoring activities.
    • Able to work flexible hours and weekends as and when required.
    • Working experience in Agile Teams
    • Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis, resolution, reporting and escalation as required.
    • Identify and participate in improvement, monitoring batch jobs.
    • As part of a support team, interface with developers, infrastructure teams, system designers, business system analysts, application analysts and testing specialists to deliver high quality solutions and maintain a stable environment
    • Working closely with virtual teams (BSA, QA, Development and Project Managers) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Participating and sharing Functional/Technical knowledge with the rest of the team.
    • Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively
